What is the Chase Lounge?
The Chase Lounge is a private lounge within the Chase Center in San Francisco, dedicated to rewarding loyal Chase customers.
What are the benefits of going to the Chase Lounge?
The Chase Lounge provides guests with complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages in an intimate lounge setting before select shows. A cash bar is also available.
How do I gain access to the Chase Lounge?
Any Chase customer can register for the Chase Lounge at chasegetsyoucloser.com/lounges. Please note that all members of your party must have tickets to attend the event in order to gain access to the Chase Lounge. Reservations are available on a first come first serve basis, while space allows.
What details do I need to provide to make a reservation?
If you are a Chase customer, you can enter the customer service phone number on the back of your Chase card to access the website as a new user. Once you successfully enter the customer service phone number, follow the prompts to set up your profile. To make changes or cancellations, you can log-in with the email address and password used to create your profile in the returning user section of the Chase Lounge Reservation System.
What are the Chase Lounge hours?
Generally, the Chase Lounge will open at the same time as general doors. Times may vary based on the event and venue. The Chase Lounge will close two hours after venue doors open.
Do I have to be a Chase customer to gain access to the Lounge?
To reserve a space in the Chase Lounge at Chase Center, you must hold an eligible Chase Debit or Credit Card to reserve your space on our event platform. Guests must hold a valid ticket for the event or game they are planning to attend and present a valid photo ID that matches their reservation name.
Do I have to pay to get into the Chase Lounge?
Entry to the Chase Lounge is always free, but only open to Chase customers who are invited and make a reservation.
How many guests can I bring with me to the Lounge?
A maximum of 4 reservations can be placed at one time. Each guest must have a valid show ticket for that evening's event.
Do I need to show ID to get into the Chase Lounge?
You and your guests will need to show your valid photo ID at the Chase Lounge entrance. If you are under 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult that also has a confirmed reservation.
How old do I need to be to access The Chase Lounge?
There’s no age limit for entering the Chase Lounge. However, persons under the age of 21 will not be allowed to purchase or drink alcoholic beverages and anyone 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I find the Chase Lounge?
The Chase Lounge at Chase Center is located within the Above the Rim (ATR) space on the 9th Floor. Confirmed guests should meet Chase Brand Ambassadors at the East and West entrances of Chase Center to be admitted up the elevators to the Above the Rim (ATR) space landing on the Main Concourse located at Portal 23.
Can I remain in the Lounge during the main performance?
All customers will be required to leave the Lounge two hours after venue doors open, unless otherwise noted.
My friends have a reservation but I don't. Can I still visit the Chase Lounge with them?
Only guests with a confirmed reservation will have access to the Chase Lounge.
If I arrive late to an arena event, can I still visit the Chase Lounge?
Yes, but please keep in mind that at all customers will be required to leave the Lounge two hours after venue doors.
How do I modify my reservation?
Please login to Chasegetsyoucloser.com using your Chase Lounge username and password and select “My Reservations” from the menu bar on the top left. Please click the “reserved” button for the selected event and modify the reservation there.
What if the event changes or is cancelled?
All event dates and starting times are subject to change. Chase Lounge hours are subject to change when events are changed or cancelled by the venue.
What if I did not receive a registration email after RSVPing?
Please check your junk and spam inboxes. If you cannot find the RSVP email but you confirmed a reservation spot in the Lounge, please visit the Chase Lounge desk upon arrival at your event where a Brand Ambassador will help you sign in.
What if the QR code is not showing up in my registration email?

What if I update the number of guests coming with me, but I do not receive a new QR code or email?
Please check your junk and spam inboxes. If you cannot find the new RSVP email, please visit the Chase Lounge desk upon arrival at your event where a Brand Ambassador will help you and your guests sign in.
What are the COVID-19 guidelines at the Chase Lounge?
Venues will adhere to all local and state COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time of the events. Please note that government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are subject to change, so be sure to continue to check here for the latest information. Chase and Chase Center cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while attending the event. By attending, cardmembers and their guests assume this risk and agree to release and hold JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A and Chase Center harmless from any cause of action relating to exposure or contraction of COVID-19 arising out of your attendance at the event.
